| INHABITANT (1) Definition: A person or an animal that lives in a particular place. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to be in particular habitat. 2. Protects and makes effort to secure place and its environs. 3. Recognized and accepted/approved, by authority (where applicable) and/or other person(s) or animal(s), if any, as a co-resident. 4. Cooperates with the other person(s)/animal(s), if any, sharing place. And does not unilaterally prevent another eligible person/animal from joining and sharing communal habitation. 5. Has a freedom to move or operate around or can be compelled by nature to move around place. 6. Fulfils all responsibilities and meets the residency obligations, especially, if human. 7. Will do nothing to despoil or destroy place on the event of changing habitation, unless there is a valid justification to devalue worth of place being vacated. 8.
