| INFORMALITY (1) Definition: The state or condition of being relaxed and friendly; the quality of not following strict rules of how to behave or do something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity. 2. No standing rules, orders, instructions, etc. forbidding mode. And no custom, tradition, protocol, etc. is disregarded in the course of being in relaxed atmosphere. 3. No likelihood of a caution, monitoring, warning, etc. That is, situation will be fully tolerated and therefore no sanction, etc. will be suffered. 4. Environment, ambience of place and people around, if any, will be reciprocal of the relaxed friendly behaviour in same measure. 5. No unplanned loss is suffered as a direct result of informal approach to issues and circumstances. 6. Lasts for duration desired or appropriate in the circumstances. 7.
