Statement once made is never taken back, no matter the threat, inducement, etc. and whoever makes it, whether an ally, accomplice, accessory, etc. and whatever number of times it is repeated, if and as applicable. ________________________________ NEW (FRESH) OR OLD (STALE). 9. Statement (= accusation) achieves purpose(s).
