| INEPTITUDE (1) Definition: Lack of skill. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Evidence of lack is specific and identifiable. That is, an act, action, inaction, howler, etc., reveals state or condition. 2. Outcome or result of lack is measurable and/or assessable. 3. Enormous loss will result from situation of lack. 4. No satisfactory excuse can be provided for lack as all that was required to be skillful was offered, provided or made available/accessible. 5. Total or 'full' effort that turns out incomplete or inadequate was put into endeavour. That is, action was taken that turned out a complete flop or outright failure. 6. A sanction, punishment, etc. will be suffered as an end result of lack, by the incompetent.
