Cannot be justified. That is, no impediment was in the way of achieving success or maximizing resources. 2. Quality or state is not presented or camouflaged as being of a better or the best standard. 3. A loss, mistake, disadvantage, etc. occurs as a result of poorness or wastage. 4. Extra, additional and funds/resources not budgeted for, will be sought and applied to try to get thing corrected, or disposed, or repaired, or concluded/completed. 5.
