| INEFFECTIVENESS Definition: A situation of not achieving what you want to; of not having any effect. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Not desired or planned or wished for (connect to #2, #5 & #7). 2. What was necessary for achieving or having effect was present. 3. All possible efforts, energies, inputs or resources, etc. were applied. 4. Reason(s) for failure can be traced or found out (to emphasize). 5. A need existed for an achievement to be made or for an effect to be had. Situation therefore results in a loss, disadvantage, etc. for you or what is without impact. 6. No damage is done to what is not effectively accomplished by the efforts made that turned out inappropriate, whether 'project' will be abandoned, restarted or continued. 7.
