And position as 'boss' in factory or company is not jointly held and is not threatened.) 3. Fulfils all legal obligations and requirements. That is, business is properly registered, activities correctly conducted, involvement is not in illegalities, taxes are appropriately paid, etc., etc. 4. Ensures that company or organization performs some corporate social responsibility. And/or, if person is owner, personally gives some good back to society. 5. Supports, observes and encourages best practices, especially in the production process and in the running of organization. 6. Ensures that the activities of factory or company do not damage the environment or destroy the ecosystem, whatever social responsibilities are performed. 7.
