| INDEFENSIBILITY (1) Definition: The quality or state of being indefensible (not possible to justify or condone). ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Quality or state cannot beat common sense. That is, who does or does not do action that will be unjustifiable or condemnable, won't be thought stupid or as having a psychological problem; no denial. 2. No gain or benefit, either in the immediate or long term will be envisaged from what is done or left undone. That is, action or inaction will be considered as a waste of space; no promise. 3. A rule, tradition, regulation, an impossible-to-meet condition, etc. cannot be used as a basis for doing for what would be condemned. That is, nothing can be pleaded for unreasonableness; no excuse. 4. Stringent punishment or sanction is in place concerning the action or inaction that will attract a rebuke or bollocking, and this will be known by who will willingly do the bad, ugly and wrong; no joking. 5. No escape route in situation. That is, 'sinner' won't be forgiven. In other words, tools such as nolle prosecui, committal to a 'life', instead of an execution, etc. can't be had at the time; no apology. ________________________ See perfect HEED.
