Money was borrowed for a purpose or some purposes. 2. Debt was incurred as a necessity in the opinion of debtor. 3. The terms of the agreement for lending/borrowing are/were clear. 4. Borrowed money was invested wisely (to emphasize). 5. Plans are underway to repay loan from the returns on investment and matured funds, etc. - not by getting into further debts! 6.
