INCONSISTENCY (3)

Definition: (disapproving) The tendency to change too often; not staying the same.

1. Purposeful for person with tendency, especially if expecting a gain from constantly changing.

2. Person considers it a necessity to be constantly changing; inconsistent (connect to #3).

3. Each time a change, reversal, etc. is established, brings a gain, never a loss (connect to #4).

4. Constant changes are tolerated, believed, accepted, etc. as long as a desired outcome is the end result.

5. There is a risk element involved in 'swings', as the variables or determinants may not have assured constancy.

6. A chance to make changes less frequent will not be looked for or taken advantage of, when it comes.

7. The tendency is real and natural, of own freewill; not forced or the result of a legal compulsion.

8. State or quality cannot be proudly displaced or announced, and is never touted or flaunted as a positive element.
