| INCOMER (1) Definitions: i. (British English) A person who comes to live in a particular place. ii. Has a purpose and considers arrival or relocation a necessity. 2. Prepared and ready for the period of stay intended in new abode. 3. Sets up residence in the particular flat, apartment, etc. planned. 4. Familiarizes self or gets acquainted with the new environment. 5. Poses no threat or danger to persons or animals, if any, in place. 6. Activities will not be destructive of the natural environment. 7.
