| INCAPACITY (2) Definition: (formal) The state of being too ill/sick to do your work or take care of yourself. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Cause of ailment is traceable or known. 2. Treatment is ongoing. (Or it is confirmed that treatment that was received is ineffective.) 3. A loss or losses will arise as a direct fallout of situation. 4. Help, assistance, support, etc. is ever close by or on the way, especially in times of emergencies. That is, state will not end in a fatality for the ill/sick. 5. Situation lasts for period desired (connect to #6). 6. Recovery can be achieved later - from new treatment discoveries or approaches, faith healing or a miracle ! 7. (Reserved.)
