Definition: A state of not being able or confident to deal with a situation.

1. Not wished or desired to be in state.

2. Opportunities to help conquer fears were provided. That is, person is not banned from seeking support, etc. from those who can help. And necessary help is available to be used, if requested.

3. No adequate practice, rehearsal, training, preparation, etc. takes place, that could have helped crush inability or lack of confidence.

4. Situation needing to be dealt with will not go away. And will not reduce in importance, to be disregarded or left untreated.

5. Person who is unable and lacking confidence cannot be assisted, managed or propped to be/become 'adequate', not by alcohol or substances, pep talk, etc.

6. Loss will arise from the lack of ability or confidence.

7. (Reserved.) (An attempt that may be made in situation, without being fully ready and capable, will worsen condition or make matters worse and more complex.)
