| INACTIVITY (3) Definition: The quality of having no effect. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements should be in. 1. An effect is not desired (to emphasize). 2. Thing involved or the situation is not programmed to be ineffective. That is, thing is ordinarily expected to have an effect. 3. Situation is inexplicable. That is, all that should make thing to be effective is available or provided. 4. Nothing can be done in the particular state to make thing to work or be effective (connect to #3). 5.
