| INABILITY Definition: [ ~ (to do something) ] The fact of not being able to do something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Thing is needed, desired or wished to be done. 2. The wherewithal to do thing is made available. That is, time, space, resources, support, etc. required will be provided. In other words, thing is ordinarily doable - no impediments to action or acting to achieve specific goal(s). 3. Maximum efforts are believed to have been made to try to accomplish particular thing. With repeat tries, where necessary. That is, person is assumed to have the training, qualification, etc. to do thing successfully. 4. A loss or some losses is/are suffered or will be suffered in the situation, with a lot of regrets as well. 5. Nothing that is not directly connected with task will be damaged or destroyed in the process of trying to achieve objective(s). 6. Condition is not proudly displayed or boasted about.
