| IMPOSSIBILITY (2) Definition: A condition of being very difficult to deal with. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Situation or condition is easy to understand or clearly understandable or understood. (Nothing confusing.) 2. Person, thing or event is desirable. That is, no chance that treatment or dealing will be abandoned halfway, once interest is shown and an involvement is commenced. (A 'must have'.) __________________ 3. No legal or technical or cultural/traditional impediments to treating the thing easily. That is, no real reason for difficulty, as a capability and ability exists to handle situation without encountering any problem. (Nothing strange.) 4. Person or thing shows some resistance and/or inconsistency and/or noncooperation, etc. (Just stubbornness.) __________________ 5. State of being very difficult to deal with lasts for a considerable period. That is, the situation is/was, or can be dealt with again and again, repeatedly, in the attempts to successfully deal with difficulty. (Exasperating.) 6. Extra or additional energy, resources, time, etc. is deployed to help achieve the goal(s) of dealing successfully with the person, thing, event, etc. (Demands discipline.) __________________ 7. Victory is, or will be, achieved in the end. That is, situation is not beyond redemption. In other words, difficulty or difficulties will, or can, be overcome. (Not a catch-22.) 8. There will be a sustainable gain in the end from the hard work and/or perseverance. That is, there will be, no regret(s) from the situation, whatever the outcome or after effects or fallout.
