Import (= usefulness, influence, authority, effect, impact, etc.) serves purpose(s). ______________________ UNMISTAKABLE,... 15. Quality cannot be lessened or cheapened as long as it exists - always on the up, and on the up and up! That is, will be measurable and/or assessable.
