No social - disaster, economic - strike, political - instability, etc. disturbance to act as stumbling block (No surprising impediment). 4. No inherent inapplicable conditionality (No illegality). 5. The wherewithal needed will be possessed (It's doable). 6. The time and space that will be required to accomplish objective will be available in adequate quality and quantity (Confident). 7. Support, guarantee, etc., will be secured, if needed (Commendable). 8. Serves purpose(s), if responsibility is not shirked (... and progress). Go ! GO !! GO !!! It's unarguable. The buck stopped.
