Purposeful and necessary for the person(s) fixing idea, etc. 2. Idea, etc. is introduced or presented to the intended recipient. 3. Attitude, etc. is discussed, demonstrated, explained, etc., as applicable, and as necessary. 4. Thing to be implanted is reiterated and/or restated. 5. A reconfirmation or reassurance of the elements involved in thing is made by planter. 6. Regular reminders or references is made to thing under consideration to 'cement' the firmness. 7. Check or cross-check, as appropriate, is made to ensure that idea, attitude, etc. has been imbibed successfully in the target's mind. 8.
