Quality is specific and identifiable. That is, it can be known that thing will not last forever. 2. Quality is assessable and/or measurable. That is, an evaluation can be made on thing to know how long it will lasts before extinction, disappearance, destruction, etc. 3. Not presented to prospective beneficiaries or users as having a quality of permanence (to emphasize). 4. Quality is accessible or usable during period that it is present and/or actively in existence. 5. Not desired or designed to be 'immortal'. And changes undergone in the process of being or existence are as desired.
