| IMPAIRMENT Definition: (technical) The state of having a physical or mental condition which means that part of your body or brain does not work correctly; a particular condition of this sort. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements would be in. 1. Work produced by defective part is less than half (= 50%) of capability, if working fully. 2. You are not taken advantage of or denied a right as a result of being in the state. 3. Part cannot be improved or operated on to work more effectively or maximally. 4. Part can be replaced by implant from an organ donation or surgery (connect to #3). 5. What is done with part is not destructive or damaging to you or the environment, etc. (connect to #6). 6. The inevitable loss in the state can be coped with.
