| IMPACT (1) Definition: [ ~ (of something) (on somebody/something) ] The powerful effect that something has on somebody/something. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. Unavoidable and impossible to immediately ameliorate its extent. 2. Its extent is never quite prepared for, even if it was expected or forecast. 3. Occurs at the right moment, as expected, planned or programmed. 4. Has a critical or crucial consequence on person/thing. That is, effect will be greatly felt. (See definition.) 5. Effect lasts for a considerable period to be truly meaningful. 6. Leads to an action or reaction. That is, there must be a response, not an inaction, by person/thing, arising directly from the powerful effect of the thing. 7.
