Act is specifically stated in the statute book as not allowed/permitted in/by law. 2. Act is committed, whether deliberately or in error! Or intention to commit act has been legally established, if this 'anticipation' is considered unlawful ! 3. There is a stated penalty or punishment - in the relevant statutes - for its transgression (to emphasize). 4. Person who commits act gets the envisaged gain, whatever this is, therefrom (connect to #5 & #6). 5. Profit, benefit, gain, etc. obtained lasts for duration planned or hoped for, whether a punishment is served afterwards or not. That is, illegality (= crime) is profitable (= 'pays') for the criminal. 6.
