| ILL-TREATMENT Definition: The act of treating somebody in a cruel or unkind way. ______________________________________________________________________ * All ten elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the wicked! 2. Person being maltreated is the right person and is considered as deserving of bad treatment. 3. No forewarning for the sufferer, before commencement of act, even if wickedness is expected; dealing is ill-timed! 4. Cruelty or unkindness is believed extreme, especially by the person at the receiving end. 5. Has no justification in law. And can never be backed by any ethical, moral or religious injunction. 6. Lasts for an unnecessarily long period of time, in the estimation of victim of cruelty and unkindness. 7. No chance for victim to effect a revenge in the future. And no apology or regrets will be shown or expressed afterwards by the wicked. 8. A serious loss arises, for the person ill-treated, from the situation (connect to #3 & #4). 9. (Reserved.)
