* A perfect one is not known when it's conceived, only revealed after execution or reality dawns (= when it comes to fruition).

* Because, no one can tell the future with absolute certainty and some variables may be beyond one (= has no problem).

* So, what a plan results into or resulted to, and/or when the plan achieves or achieved the intended goal(s), will tell if it was a perfect idea (= will have traction).
