Abnormality is noticed or detected quickly - even if the symptoms and signs do not appear early. 4. Reported immediately, to the appropriate medical professional(s), on its being suspected. 5. Condition is treatable. And treated timely and appropriately - even if it will be a life-long treatment. 6. Managed and does not lead to death of sufferer.
