Cause of lack of adequate time is genuine. That is, past period was used productively. (BUSY) 2. Thing to be done is important. That is, appropriate prioritization has been made in situation. (URGENT) 3. Task awaiting action will not go away. And cannot be postponed or avoided. And there will be no second chance. (CONSTANT) 4. Quality of end result or final product, if and when thing is done cannot be of a high standard, as would ordinarily be desired. (RISKY) 5. No other issue is competing for attention at the particular point in time. That is, no distraction or digression will occur. (FULL) 6. Frame of mind will be in top form at the time. And no impediment or obstacle to taking action, will be on the way of doing. (STABLE) 7. Not a second, at the least, or one moment more will be wasted in the decision-making process during 'chaotic' period. (ACTIVE) 8.
