Definition: A feeling that something is true even though you do not have any evidence to prove it.

1. Suspicion never has a basis or footing - it's just there.

2. Signs or marks to give anything away do not exist in situation.

3. No previous experience, hint or warning that influenced feeling.

4. Feeling stays - always throbbing, constant; 'alive and well'.

5. Feeling would not be declared as had or possessed, not even in passing or jokingly (connect to #6).

6. Does not fail, though this can only be known afterwards, and even if truth is not discovered later.

7. A confirmation of feeling being likely to be true will not be attempted by the search for something corroborative.
