| HUMANITARIANISM Definition: The activities concerned with reducing suffering and improving the conditions that people live in. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the humanitarians. 2. Activities are not illegal or immoral or illicit, even if confirmed as unauthorized! 3. Timely and promptly commenced and completed. 4. What is done does not clash with or nullify any of the fundamental human rights. And cannot be banned or frowned at, by a law, culture/tradition or a religious tenet! 5. Activity will be done, offered, given, performed, etc. unconditionally. Or if there are conditions attached, these will be humane. 6. Activity will be the appropriate and desired one, in the opinion of the beneficiaries. 7. Activity will have no negative and undesired side effect, fallout or after-effect. That is, cannot be ordinarily regretted. 8. Causes no damage or destruction to the environment or ecosystem. 9. Outcome or result lasts or will be sustained for the length of time desired to have the effect or impact hoped for. That is, activities can serve purpose(s), whatever loss is suffered by doer(s) or kind person(s). ________________________________ ... it's ALL FOR A BETTER WORLD. | |
