| HOVEL Definition: (disapproving) A house or room that is not fit to live in because it is dirty or in very bad condition: a small or wretched dwelling place: a shed. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. Cannot be quickly or immediately cleaned, tidied, fumigated, etc. to be of a habitable standard. 2. Cannot be immediately repaired, mended or fixed (connect to #1). And it cannot be made compulsory to temporarily occupy place. 3. Nothing beneficial or important can be got or learned, if house or room is stayed in, in condition. And no purpose will be served by staying in filthy or unpleasant place. 4. (Reserved.)
