| HOUSING (2) Definition: The job of providing houses, flats/apartments, etc. for people to live in. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful (connect to #2). 2. Considered a necessity to make provision. 3. Research or study into the type that will be appropriate, vis-a-vis the status (location), cost (affordability), etc. is made. 4. 'Construction' processes are completed. That is, the preparatory infrastructures - electricity, roads, communication, etc. - are put in place in location. 5. Construction and erection proper are commenced, in line with approved drawings/plans and in accordance with approved building codes, taking care that the environment and ecosystem is not gravely affected by construction activities. (To emphasize.) 6. Acquisition of finished structures, by way of mortgage, purchase and/or funding/payment arrangements are made and concluded. 7. Allocation and handover rituals to beneficiaries, winners, etc. are performed and completed. 8. Management and ownership arrangements are established and/or formalized. That is, the way or manner of running, managing or administering the houses, complex, estate, etc. built, is put in place. 9.
