Purposeful and necessary, especially in usual occupant's opinion. 2. Signs an agreement as to the applicable rules for an engagement. 3. Standard of maintenance provided will be considered acceptable. 4. Won't leave the house or apartment without informing employer. 5. Incurs no expenses for occupant which will be brought up later. 6. Won't connive with others, to put a retuning occupant in danger. 7. Serves purpose(s), especially if the terms of agreement are kept. 8.
