| HOUSE-WARMING Definition: A party given by somebody who has just moved into a new house. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for celebrant and all the invited guests. (Connect to #8.) 2. House is fully owned. Or lease agreement/rental contract is current and valid. And building or house cannot be confiscated. 3. Structure is built very solidly - not likely to collapse during or soon after celebration! 4. The neighbour(s), if any, is/are informed and invited. And he/she/they attend, if ... . 5. Inside and surroundings will be prepared properly to receive party guests. That is, house will be clean, neat and tidy, with very hygienic environment and conducive ambience. 6. Party will be well organized. That is, entertainment, music, etc. and food and drinks will be available in adequate quantities. And in good, healthy order. That is, no food poisoning, etc. will occur. 7. Do will go without a hitch - cooking, dancing, playing, service, etc. will not cause a damage to walls, facilities, etc. such that some 'reconstruction' will be required later, in new house. 8. The party expenses shall not 'break a bank'. That is, needs of house and/or occupant(s) can be conveniently met after shindig. 9.
