| HOUSE ARREST Definition: The state of being a prisoner in your own house rather than in a prison. ______________________________________________________________________ * All nine elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary for the oppressors. 2. Legal, authorized or approved accordingly. That is, you cannot successfully sue for denial of your full 'freedom'. 3. All that you need to survive well, apart from physical freedom, is not available at home during period of forced detention. That is, some things that are vital such as sporting facilities, conjugal rights, communication or Internet access, etc. cannot be obtained while being held at home. 4. Movement within house is not restricted, even though this would be closely watched (connect to #6). 5. Not posible to communicate, in any manner whatsoever, with anyone or anything in the 'beyond' of house walls. 6. No physical violence is involved. That is, you are not chained to a spot in the (= your) house! 7. Lasts for appropriate period to help 'kidnapper(s)' achieve objective(s). 8. Great loss, disadvantage, discomfort, etc. will be suffered as a result (connect to #3 & #5). 9. Serves purpose(s), for the arresting authority. _________________________________ ...
