| HOTBED (1) Definitions: i. [ ~ of something ] A place where a lot of a particular activity, especially something bad or violent, is happening. ii. If you say that somewhere is a hotbed of an undesirable activity, you are emphasizing that a lot of the activity is going on there or being started there. ______________________________________________________________________ * All five elements would be in. 1. The suitability or eligibility of the place or participants in activity will be excellent. 2. Presence or provisions, accessibility or availability of space or persons will be assured for growth, 'germination', etc. 3. Security in and protection of place or participants will be guaranteed or assured for duration that activity lasts. 4. No limitations, restrictions, etc. will be present in place, as long as activities will be conducted within the confines of the law by participants. 5.
