| HONESTY (1) Definition: The quality of being honest. ______________________________________________________________________ * All twelve elements should be in. 1. Purposeful, whether or not considered necessary. (NO!) 2. Specific and identifiable: not bogus, phantom or confusing. (YES.) 3. Measurable and/or assessable. That is, quality can be proved or disproved. (DON'T KNOW.) 4. No real fear or worry about the possessed quality, even if outcome will be an injustice, a sanction or loss. (SURE.) 5. No hesitation, delay, doubt, etc. to say or act, as a result of its likely consequences and no debate about its propriety. (STOP!) 6. Sincerity is thorough and complete: no 'out-of-bounds' or reserved issues, whether privately or publicly. (TRUE.) 7. Quality, be it refined or raw, is exhibited timely. (MAYBE.) 8. There is a certainty about what sincerity is all about, good or bad, right or wrong, legal or illegal, etc. (I LIED.) 9. Exhibition of quality is never regretted - rewarded or not, no matter the hardship it brings or is likely to bring. (WE DID IT.) 10. Timeless. That is, quality is permanent or constant over or on what it is displayed. That is, there will be no need, at any time, for an amendment, alteration, etc. (IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN.) 11. Demonstrated openly and directly to the party it is to be expressed to, not shown shamefaced or through a proxy. (PLEASE, FORGIVE ME.) 12. Serves purpose(s) or achieves objective(s), whatever this/these is/are - be it/they positive or negative. (IT'S OKAY. NO COMPLAINT.) GOOD. _______ BEST.
