| HOMELESSNESS (1) Definition: The state of having no home. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements would be in. 1. State is not desired or wished for. 2. Not a person or animal that had a home previously, which is not possessed or occupied because of a dispute, disagreement, etc. 3. Not completely protected from the elements - rain, flood, sun, etc., wherever temporarily inhabited (connect to #5). 4. Not qualified or eligible for a mortgage or loan. And/or not processing a lease, home loan, etc. 5. (Reserved.) (The homeless will not be taken in, even for a night, as a 'guest' or visitor, by 'loved' ones or close relatives.) 6. The homeless is searching, even as there is no hope in the horizon - no savings for a rent, no asset that can be converted, no lottery win yet to be claimed, etc. That is, person or animal does not give up looking for own shelter! 7.
