| HOMELESS Definition: (usually - the homeless) People who have no home. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Will know the reason(s) for situation. (Connect to #2.) 2. Situation will not be caused by a law, an unjust rule, or the effects of the unpredictable elements of nature. 3. Temporary shelters will not be available at the time. Or/and no hope for a roof overhead will be in sight in the immediate future. 4. Persons in state cannot maximize opportunities as a result of the time they will spend thinking about where to lay their heads. They will, therefore, suffer some disadvantage, loss, inconvenience, etc. as a direct consequence of homelessness. 5. Constantly thinking about how to handle issue and get out of mess. 6. Remains in state for a period that will be considered reasonable. 7. Won't fight themselves, to the death, over open public spaces! 8.
