| HOMAGE (1) Definition: [ ~ (to somebody/something) ] (formal) Something that is said or done to show respect for somebody. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. * See perfect HOMAGER. 1. Talk or act is purposeful and necessary, whatever the words (or silence?) or actions (or inactions?). 2. Thing is specific and identifiable, be it a gesture, hint, sign, etc., ... whatever this is (connect to #1). 3. Words or action is not inappropriate. That is, not embellished, exaggerated or overemphasized, such that it will be suspected (or mistaken?) for flattery, mockery, bootlicking, etc. In other words, meant and not with an element of hypocrisy or sycophancy! 4. Causes no injury or loss, disadvantage, etc., whatsoever, to talker or doer and/or recipient. 5. Said or done timely and completed or concluded promptly. 6.
