That is, situation comes about or behaviour is exhibited timely. 4. Forms or instincts are specific and identifiable. 5. (Re)appearance or reversions are measurable and/or assessable. 6. Start or beginning, that is, growth or progress and development of phenomenon can be traced. 7. Nature of thing, including its likely outcomes or end results, can be clearly understandable or understood. 8. Exists or present or displayed for duration desired. 9. Brings and/or causes no unplanned loss. 10. (New?) forms will not be denied as ancient/old.
