| HOBSON'S CHOICE (2) Definitions: i. A situation in which somebody has no choice because if they do not accept what offered, they will get nothing. ii. An apparent choice when in reality there is no alternative. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful to make a selection. 2. Considered necessary by picker. 3. The chooser would have preferred another thing. 4. Preference would be available, but unreachable. 5.
