| HOARDING (3) Definition: The act of hoarding things (= collecting money, food, valuable objects, etc., in large amounts, and keeping them in a secret place so that other people will not find or steal it/them). ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity by hoarder(s). 2. Act is not an illegality where practiced. 3. Collection and safekeeping is done timely to help achieve goal(s). 4. Location where the items are kept is not known by or disclosed to unauthorized person(s). 5. Place where items are hidden will be conducive for their storage and/or safekeeping. That is, things will still have true value, whenever recovered. 6. Period for which things remain hidden will be considered adequate. 7.
