| HISTORY (4) Definition: A written or spoken account of past events. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and considered a necessity; record. 2. Written or told by a participant in the events or by a full-time observer, contracted or commissioned or freelancer. Or by a writer or storyteller, who got first-hand information, with irrefutable proofs, from the participant(s) or observer(s); bold. 3. Details are true, unbiased and genuine - no single exaggeration or half-truth or omission or addition - as 'they were'; indisputable. 4. Writings or narration is clear and complete, and ends at a particular period of time, whatever was taught; convincing. (Connect to #6.) 5. Does not express the opinions or reservations, emotions or desires, etc. of writer or talker; impersonal. 6. Not written or told when the memory of writer or speaker is not in an excellent condition. That is, power of recall or the typing or handwriting of storyteller is not hampered at the time of narration. In other words, 'historian' is in a proper frame of mind; revealing. 7. Writing or narrative serves purpose(s). That is, has lessons to teach those who lived during period or those, afterwards, who study the recorded, narrated or printed, past events; useful. 8.
