| HIJACKING (1) Definition: An act of using violence or threats to take control of a vehicle, especially a plane, in order to force it to travel to a different place or to demand something from a government. ______________________________________________________________________ * All seven elements should be in. * This is of the (an) aeroplane. 1. Purposeful for, and considered a necessity by, the hijacker(s). 2. No life-threatening or physical injury is inflicted on the captain, co-pilot, passengers or crew. 3. Serious trauma, stress, agony is experienced by the captain, etc. And aircraft is airborne at the time of action. 4. No crash landing of plane. That is, aircraft is brought to land safely. And no blowing up of aircraft, afterwards, in furtherance of cause. 5. Passengers, crew, etc. are released safely, in the end, whether the hijackers demands are met or plane is stormed and hijackers killed or arrested. 6. (Reserved.) (No effort was earlier made by hijacker(s) to publicly express grievance before the violent act is perpetrated.) 7.
