HIGH-MINDEDNESS (1)

Definition: (of people or ideas) The quality of being strongly morally principled or containing strong moral principles.

1. Purposeful and necessary (to emphasize).

2. No indecisiveness. That is, specific moral strength of person and ideals of idea are known.

3. Nothing would be a surprise - criticism, tease, etc. would be expected and appropriate reaction or response will be made to each situation, without experiencing a loss, planned or unplanned.

4. Disadvantage, inconvenience, etc. that could be suffered would not be cried over; no sulking.

5. Person lives completely above board; would never be caught in a scandal or fall victim of a set-up. And idea will have no room to be compromised or manipulated.

6. No pretense, condemnable action, falsehood, half-truth, incompleteness, incompetence, ineffectiveness, etc. in the nature of person or idea.

7. Person will readily make a sacrifice in furtherance of belief or principle. That is, there will be no succumbing to pressure, blackmail, intimidation, temptation, etc., even if there is nothing to gain in the immediate period.

8. Quality achieves objective(s) or serves purpose(s).
