| HIGH TIDE Definition: The time when the sea has risen to its highest level; the sea at this time. ______________________________________________________________________ * All six elements should be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary, whether this reason or necessity is known and understood or not. 2. Sea creatures/animals are not exposed to risk as a result of rise in the water level. 3. Human, animal and plant lives are not endangered as a consequence. That is, increase in level of water does not lead to an imbalance that will disrupt the environment or ecosystem. 4. The level that water rises to remains for a period considered reasonable. 5. Some benefit can be got or is got from the rise in the water level of the sea. 6.
