| HIGH (4) Definition: (informal) The feeling of extreme pleasure and excitement that somebody gets after taking some types of drugs. ______________________________________________________________________ * All eight elements would be in. 1. Purposeful and necessary to take particular drugs. 2. Planned or arranged. That is, drugs were taken voluntarily. 3. Nothing illegal or immoral is engaged in while in happy state. And would not lead to doing, what would never have been thought, in the normal frame of mind, not to do. 4. No problem is foreseen or envisaged/expected afterwards, at the end of feeling (connect to #2, #3 & #7). 5. No task, duty, responsibility, etc. requiring serious attention is left unattended to during period of taking drugs and getting excited. 6. Feeling lasts for duration hoped or wished for. 7. Action achieves objective(s), without an unplanned loss. That is, no injury, destruction, damage, disgrace, embarrassment, etc. occurs or is experienced at the time. 8. (Reserved.)
