Definition: A confused hurry.

1. Mistakenly thought to be purposeful and necessary.

2. No serious thought before decision to hurry is made.

3. Direction or speed of movement or action will be wrong.

4. No gain can arise from whatever is done or left undone.

5. Resources wasted or lost can't be regained or recouped.

6. Help wasn't sought or request wasn't properly demanded.

7. No progress, only motion; ends up where action started.

8. A scapegoat, blame game, etc. has no place in mix-up.

9. Hard lesson would be learned from losses suffered.
