Well-organized and arranged, with provisions for comfortable seating by customer(s) - footstools, floor mats, etc. 4. Clean, neat and tidy; generally hygienic. 5. Safe, secured and protected. 6. Does not sell shoes and does not offer to buy. 7. Does not display shoes, whether new or old. 8. Service provided is effective and efficient. That is, shoes are mended properly and promptly. And repairer and staff, if any, is/are courteous and honest. (And asks no questions on ownership or purchase price, makes no comment on odour from footwear, etc., etc.) 9.
