Purposeful and necessary for who makes sound of a 'high' level. 2. Made consciously or deliberately. Or, if inadvertently made, level can be explained or justified. 3. Continues or lasts for duration desired, be this a moment or some sustained period. 4. No health challenge is caused or posed, as a direct result of loudness and depth of the pitch of the sound. 5. No unplanned loss, embarrassment, inconvenience, etc. will be experienced, being a fallout of loud and deep noise. 6.
